How to Be a Lady
Once upon a time, sexy didn't mean wearing as little as possible or being the skinniest girl in the room. Once upon a time women had curves and big curly hair. Even though I am not the most girly of girls, I admire the femme fatale look, the soultry and seductive look that doesn't aquire dressing like a stripper to get male attention. Yesterday I watched the movie "How to Marry a Millionaire", and once again I fell in love with this whole world that is the 50's. The gentlemen, the lipstick, the eyeliner and just the whole idea that women are these strong individuals that can lure a man into thinking he's the one in charge. Despite the fact that I might not look like any of these beautiful women I really do try to carry myself like a lady. Just moving with that elegance, with that smirk on your face that says "you don't know me and you never will". Of course we live in a modernized society where women and men become more and more equal but, and I'm gonna sound oldschool when I say this, there's so many wonderful things about being a women that you should use to your advantage, and in my opinion, being feminine doesn't mean youre worth less than a man, it just means that you let him feel like hes a real man, and that can't hurt anyone, right? I'll stop rambling now, and I hope some of that made at least a little sense! x
