My list is much longer but here are some of my goals:
- Start yoga again
- Go to bed earlier
- Try to eat more vegetarian food
- Run and walk more outside of the gym
- Bake and cook more often (hence the scones, that turned out perfect btw)
I hope that my goals and my food pictures can inspire someone, because I really think it's a great way to keep yourself happy through these dark times. x
