The Best Carrot Cupcakes!

I made my first EVER carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting - and they were AMAZING. I know they don't exactly look like you'd pay 10 dollars for them, but they taste amazing and I think they have their charm. I found the recipe on Eurowoman, and I really loved it, so I can definitely recommend that - you can find it right here. Now I have a weeks vacation from school and if you do too you could try your luck with these cakes - that's always nice in the snowy weather.

Today I pretended that it was already Summer. I wore a dress (with stockings dont worry) and heels to school, and when I got home I sat on my balcony, had a cup of tea, some little marzipan things, did my nails and read an old magazine. Now I have freckles all over my face and I'm feeling so great that spring is finally here! I can't wait 'till I can start wearing some more summery clothes but for now this is perfect. Yesterday Clara and Sine came over and we watched the Oscars and ate all the candy in my house. It was so lovely and such a wonderful show but after only getting 2 hours of sleep I think I'll be heading to bed early today, it's been a long but wonderful day, goodnight! x
