Homemade Silk Dress

Well this was a huge pain to sow, and I have to admit my grandmother actually finished this dress alone cause I was getting really angry with the fabric. Despite of that, and the fact that it wrinkles at the slightest touch, I really like it, I think its so nice with a black lace bra underneath it, and I hopefully get more oppertunities to wear it over summer (when the weather gets better). x

Interior Moodboard - City Meets Nature

Right now my thing is watching youtube videos about nothing for absolutely no purpose, and last night I ended up watching how to make a concrete and wood stool for like 5$ and i was like, 'holy cannoli this is cool' so then I started watching more interior decoration diys and ended up stalking a shitload of interior blogs and well I got insanely inspired. I really love the contrast of the industral functionality and the pretty living nature element. Hopefully I'll get around to do something with concrete if I have the guts! x (all these pictures are from tumblr)

Sunny Sunday Outfit

If you stalk me on instagram (don't lie I know you do) then you'll know I had a lovely sunday night dinner with my girls Clara and Sine because Sine just turned 18! It was really sunny on Sunday and this is what I wore (just a tad unpracical for biking but I worked it out). I actually do have some better pictures from that day, of me and the girls as well but I'm not completely happy with them at the moment so who knows, maybe you'll get to see them at some point! This Weekends DIY Project - Alexander Wang Top

This Saturday I went to my grandparents house, unaware of the fact that I was gonna be attempting to make an Alexander Wang inspired top. I had intended to sow a dress out of some chinese silk but when my grandma asked for my inspiration I had to show her the picture of that amazing top from the Alexander Wang SS14 Ready to Wear Collection. She looked at some of the fabric we had and said "I think we can do this." And so we kinda did. It took 2 whole days (theres a shitton of pleats) but this is the finished result and I'm so happy! (I would have shown you a picture of me wearing it but I figured y'all would be tired of iPhone pictures for now so that'll have to wait). I hope I get to sow more stuff in the future but for now I'm very happy. I hope you are all having a lovely easter! x (oh and are you all as exidet as I am for the Alexander Wang x H&M collection??)

Shady Snapshot

It's raining and grey outside and still cold enough that I have to wear a scarf everywhere I go so I won't catch a cold, BUT that won't stop me from being optimistic! Today I actually found a pair of sunglasses that I liked and I thought I'd celebrate that by buying them (even though I was only at the mall to return something else I bought.. This is why I don't have a creditcard.. ). I'm so happy and hopefully the weather will be better soon so don't look like Jason Derulo all the time.. :)

Even though I think the trend can look super cool and hippie-ish and super urban, overalls/ dungarees are just not for me. Personally I'm a little bummed about not being able to pull it off but I guess this is just for all the people who can pull it off: DO IT! Another day on my balcony and finally another outfitpost! It's been a long time since I bothered to take a picture of my outfit and it's been a really long time since I did it with my camera but yesterday was such a beautiful day, and even though I had an insanely long paper to write I decided to invite Sine to come and tan and talk on my balcony instead. It was so nice, and I actually took some really cool pictures of Sine (she took some of me too but those will never see the light of day)! Have a great Friday x

Today I pretended that it was already Summer. I wore a dress (with stockings dont worry) and heels to school, and when I got home I sat on my balcony, had a cup of tea, some little marzipan things, did my nails and read an old magazine. Now I have freckles all over my face and I'm feeling so great that spring is finally here! I can't wait 'till I can start wearing some more summery clothes but for now this is perfect. Hola Madrid!

As some of you might have noticed I am a little busy lately, mostly with school, work and packing for my trip to Madrid this Friday! I can't wait(!!) About My Hair (And a Video?)

This weekend I spontaneously got my shit together and made a hairapointment, so early Saturday morning I got highlights and a few inches off and my hair already looks and feels way healthier than it has in months. Right now I'm a little pale so I kinda blend in with my hair a little (I know, it seems I might be a vampire) but I'm hoping to fix that now that I'm going to Madrid this Friday(!!). I'm thinking of doing a video of me doing my hair but I'm not completely sure yet.. I have a lot of things I wanna film and I hope they all happen so I can show you some new and interesting projects! x

A Musthave I Don't Have

COVER shop is an amazing place to go if you wanna cry and yell at yourself for not saving up money so you could buy all the amazingly elegant and simple stuff they sell. Right now my current obsession (read: daydream) is a leatherjacket. I don't actually know how it'll look (I feel I look masculine enough as it is) but loooooooook at it! It looks so good ugh. In an Ideal World..

It would be a little bit warmer than it is right now. Just hot enough to stop wearing a jacket but cold enough so that you can sleep under your covers at night. And sunny! The sun should be up all day, long enough so that you can eat dessert while watching the sunset. It would be just you and me somewhere in Europe in a little old house with just a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a yard with trees and water. Complete silence. We could be filming and making music and cooking, playing in the water, walking into town, play cards all day. No tv, a radio just for when the quiet got too quiet. And a boat, it wouldn't have to be big, just big enough for the two of us. That would be right now in the ideal world, sadly this is not it and I have to settle for daydreaming x
