Health Trip

Lately I'm working out all the time, always being a little sore (in a good way) and I feel like I just wanna pick up everything I can on fitness and health (dont worry its just a phase). Yesterday I had the best idea, so after reading a fitness magazine, and going to work, I baked these little fellas. Theyre like.. ryebread buns with dark chokolate and they just fill up your stomach! Trust me if you eat one of these youre full! They're actually super nice, and they're basically just made from ryebread mix, flour, chocolate and luke water. Other then that I've begun to take up yoga, which is growing on me and I'm thinking about going to do kettle cross one of these days but lets wait and see how my body holds up.. :-)

A Perfect Way to Start the Day

Today my first lessons had been cancelled so my first class doesnt start until 12.15. In that occasion I made myself a big and lovely breakfast consisting of ryebread, eggs, apples, raisins, nuts and melon with a side of coffee. I admit I felt a bit like Jamie Oliver, but hey I gotta get going so I'll see you later, have a lovely Monday! x

Food: Salmon With Asparagus And An Easy Pastasalad

Ok, I know this is not a food blog but I try to be an all rounded blogger and well lately, I've had more freetime than usual and I've had a desire to start experimenting with some new food. I cook for my family once a week now and this recipe is actually super easy and super delicious! One of my favourite things are the asparagus with bacon, those are so easy and so tasty as well, you just wrap them and put them in the oven on 200 degrees (celcius lol) and let them stay there for about 15 min (until you think they look good). The pasta salad is very easy, its just a bit of pasta with tomatoes, mozarella and avocado. The salmos is just cooked on the frying pan for about 10 min and all this together is just, YUM! So very easy if you wanna try and well.. I might post some more of the stuff I cook, so if that interests you, stay tuned!
