I'm Baaaaaaaack

I'm home, actually I have been home since around 4 o'clock this afternoon. I'm tired, but happy to be home. Even though I had a good trip and enjoyed experiencing Madrid for the first time, I've missed some of the people here at home and it's been amazing to have my moms homecooked food again. I have to go to school in the morning so I'm gonna go to bed soon! Goodnight my lovelies it's good to be back x

Today I Wish I Looked Like This

Sunday morning and all I wanna do today is look like this and maybe go to my grandpas birthday and eat a shitload of cake. But first and formost look like this. How can you wear your hair this short, and wear this huge baggy knit and still look this amazing? I'm not saying the clothes look bad at all, I'd kill to own them myself but ugh I wish I could be just half as badass and sexy as she is! x

Cry Me a River

No I was not really crying, BUT I did make my mom scream when she saw me so it's all good. I got the idea for these pictures saturday night around 2am and wrote it down so that I'd remember it so yesterday I woke up and when I had finished my breakfast I had the house to myself so I started playing around with my makeup and taking pictures. I took about 100 pictures and there were a few that I really really liked. Here are some of my personal faves. Somehow I was really digging the makeup, it really made my eyes look badass. Happy Birthday Kate!

Kate Moss is a huge style icon, and an inspiration to millions of girls around the world, personally the pictures of her I love the most are the ones of her in baggy clothes, with thick natural hair and minimal makeup. She just looked so innocent and I just love that about her. In honour of this amazingly beautiful female turning 40 years old today, I figured I would post a picture of her in her honour and for your inspiration, happy birthday Kate! x

My Mom Hates It

For some reason my mom strongly believes that this lovely earring makes me look like I do drugs and ride motorcycles. I have to say I disagree. I got this for Christmas and well, I rarely wear huge earrings despite the fact that I have a whole bunch of them, but I really like this one, I love the simplicity of it and how light it feels in my ear, and its an easy way to look fancy when your hair is thrown up in a messy bun. The earring is from Moss Copenhagen but I sadly can't find it on their webshop anymore so I can't link you :( x

Hairpulling and Headscratching

(I'm sorry I keep using pictures from the same day, I know you've seen a lot of them now and I promise I'll try to take some new ones soon!!) 

Yesterday Sine discretely poked me in the middle of my back and said "do you know your hair comes down to here? .. it's really long.." And well she's not completely off with that observation. Lately a lot of people have been changing their hair. I'm guessing it's a part of the whole "New Year, New Me" idea, which personally I don't really believe in. My hair on the other hand seems to feel that now is the perfect time for a change. My hair has been on a strike and has refused to cooperate since Christmas so now I feel some change is needed. Right now I'm not sure on what needs to be done but I at least want the split ends gone.. Maybe I'll get Sine to cut them if I'm too impatient to wait for next month (impatiency is definitely something you need to factor in when dealing with people like me). I don't know what's gonna happen but if anyone has ideas, feel free to share them with me! x

Inspirational Look of The Week

Lately my style obsession is with Kate Moss. Most people will probably understand completely. Lately I've been obsessed with the both the natural look and the contrast packed look (both looks that Kate masters to perfection). I don't know if I'll ever be bold enough to wear nothing but black lipsick makeup wise but I'm definitely doing my part to try and play more with contrast and with focusing on the natural look regarding eyes and skin. Therefore this picture serves perfectly as my source of inspiration lately and I will probably post more of Kate in the nearest future just cause well.. look at her. x

My Personal 2013

I'm not grown up, I'm not a genius and I can't say I know everything there is to know about life yet, but what I can tell you is that I've grown tremendeously this year. I still really like skinny jeans, and I still drink coffee every morning but through this year I've changed a lot. 2013 was the year I got my braces off, the year I went to Roskilde Festival with my friend Louise and came home at 7am the next morning. This was the year I went to Rome and the year I celebrated my 17th birthday on a pub in Dublin with some of my amazing friends and classmates. This year I got fired, and this year I cried more than once, I'll admit that. But I'm ok. I'm great actually, cause this was the year where I leared to love myself for who I am. I learned that if you love something you shouldn't feel embaressed about it, you should embrace it, and I learned that just because you care about someone, doesn't mean they're healthy for you to be around. In 2013 I learned that I can walk into any store in running tights, a fur coat and leather boots, with no makeup on and my greasy hair in a bun and not care what other people might think. In 2012 I was me, but I didn't know exactly who "me" was. I'm not saying I know now, but I think I'm beginning to get a better idea.

After all this sentimeltal ego centered stuff I just wanted to remember to tell you happy newyears! I'm so happy for every one that ever looks at my blog, even if its just once or twice, I think its nice to know that people somehow maybe like what I do on here so thank you so much, I'm sending you all the love i have! x

Relaxing & Taking Selfies

A good grade on my presentation, Christmas vacation AAAAND leftovers in the fridge. Really, what more can a girl ask for (you know, besides fame, fortune and true love..)? Ok so maybe I am the real life Bridget Jones, you know before she found the perfect guy and without the diary and everything, and actually I'm pretty ok with that. I can't wait to hang out with my girl friends, and celebrate Christmas with my family and hopefully eat a lot of food and get a lot of sleep! And since I rarely appear on this blog anymore I figured I'd take a shitload of selfies so you wont forget what I look like! Have a lovely evening x

Flaunt it Selena

It's no secret that I am not a Selena Gomez fan, that being said I was going through a blog I follow and stumbled upon some new pictures she did for Flaunt magazine (see the post with the pictures here). I looked around Falunts website and it's absolutely lovely! The layout and everything is just to die for, and I found this video there as well. I don't know how I feel about this video, the artistic mood and the settings combined with the mellow music is great but Selena switches between looking drop dead gorgeous and looking a bit like she didn't get enough sleep last night and accidentally threw on a wig. All in all i like this video, and for once it's really nice to see Selena looking like something other then a Disney star. What do you think?

It's Thursday and the weather here is worse than my spelling, it's cold most of the time and I havent had a desire to wear colours on anything but my lips, therefore I gathered some of the classy black white inspiration I've saved lately. Monday Night

So as I've mentioned before I really really do not like storms and today we had a pretty strong one (by danish standards of course). When I came home my balcony door was wide open and in my backyard all plants had fell down and my hedge was almost completely torn apart. My brother and his friend was stuck in Copenhagen for hours because the trains weren't going anywhere and at the same time the police was advicing people to stay indoors because it was dangerous to go out with all the stuff getting knocked over and flying around. The only thing that kept my worry to a minimum was the fact that my mom was ten times more worried than me and that we had a lot of food in the house. Sadly when I got home most of my clothes was wet so I've spent the rest of today in some relaxing clothes, with my laptop, listening to music, doing my homework and relaxing for once. I've been a little uninspired lately but I'm trying to make some more interesting posts so it won't just be the same and the same over again, so yea, I hope you had a lovely day and I'll see you soon x

In The Woods

So since I'm on break from school (praise the lord), Sine and I decided to go and shoot some pictures in the woods near my house. If you have ever been to Denmark you know that fall is a cold cold season but me and Sine managed to move around enough to stay warm, and still have a little bit of fun as well. Sadly the picture quality on here is pretty horrible (for what reason I do not know) but you can check out these pictures and many others on my photography blog here. When I was outside I was kinda worried that we didn't get any good shots but I'm actually quite happy with the results, and I hope you like them too! x

Outfit: Basics

Shirt - Grand Canyon Gift Shop // Jeans - Dr. Denim // Sneakers - Converse // Rings - H&M

Lately I've actually looked pretty good outfitwise if I have to say so myself, but today was the only day I had to take pictures so here is one of my basic outfits, nothing fancy but still nice if you ask me. A nice sporty looking shirt with long sleeves here in cold Denmark. Golden rings, white sneakers and black cuffed skinny jeans and thats it. Not that interesting but well I thought I owed you something after the silence around here and the other outfits, I'll have to show you soon!

Messin' With Cornrows

Heyo, I'm bored, and now I'm messing around with some cornrows. In Denmark at least, its very hyped right now and even though I dont have brown hair and an exotic look, I thought I'd try it out and hey this is the results. My hair still isn't completely free of grey colour but hey it'll wash out whenever. I dont know if I'll braid my hair for school cause well, for starters it would take me like an hour to even do it, but yea, we'll see .. have a great night guys! x

Outfit - Back to school

Today my outfit pictures are in black and white which are also (for the most part) the colours of my outfit, very simple, gold accesories and a white blazer for when it got cold, tomorrow is picture day so probably another simple outfit and crossed fingers that my picture doesnt turn out as bad as last year!

Haircut inspiration

I hate going to the hairdressers, I hate it. Its like when other people hate going to the dentist. I've had so many bad experiences that when i go to the hairdresser I'm almost always nervous, but well my hair doesnt stop growing, so I have to get it done and wednesday is d-day! So I decided that the best way to make sure nothing horrible happens, is to be completely prepared. Hopefully it wont turn out bad this time! Ive been looking to find some pictures of the kinda hair I want and well the look I'm going for is basically just beachy, boho and I'm sticking to the blonde! Keep your fingers crossed for me! x

Weekend inspiration

Black and white, very fashionable and very easy going. That is me this weekend, or well that is how I plan to be. I know I can be a little all over the place but lately my love has been black and white when it comes to the way i look and my bold and colourful jewellery hasn't been out much. Summer is all about simple, and well, dare I say it, practical. Well I'm trying to keep it simple, effordless if you will, at least for a little while.
