X-mas Present No. 1

I got this from my parents for Christmas! It's a leather sleeve for my Macbook Air, so I don't have to use the terrible green fuzzy one I had before. It's sooooo nice, and I'm so happy it showed up so quickly! I believe its from Etsy, the guy making them, makes wallets, sleeves, bags and everything along those lines and he is so talented! x

Guess What I Got....

If you look at the picture it might be super easy tho, but ANYWAYS, I bought this lovely jacket from a girl named Victoria who has a blog called simple cavalcades, and she sold it like super cheap so I'm excidet about that as well. These past few days I bought sooooo much, I'm actually thinking of filming a clothing haul kinda thing, if anyone would watch it? idk. Anyways I figured my life should be an experiment, and that I should try to do things just because I want to :-)

Sunny Sunday Outfit

If you stalk me on instagram (don't lie I know you do) then you'll know I had a lovely sunday night dinner with my girls Clara and Sine because Sine just turned 18! It was really sunny on Sunday and this is what I wore (just a tad unpracical for biking but I worked it out). I actually do have some better pictures from that day, of me and the girls as well but I'm not completely happy with them at the moment so who knows, maybe you'll get to see them at some point! Another day on my balcony and finally another outfitpost! It's been a long time since I bothered to take a picture of my outfit and it's been a really long time since I did it with my camera but yesterday was such a beautiful day, and even though I had an insanely long paper to write I decided to invite Sine to come and tan and talk on my balcony instead. It was so nice, and I actually took some really cool pictures of Sine (she took some of me too but those will never see the light of day)! Have a great Friday x

A Musthave I Don't Have

COVER shop is an amazing place to go if you wanna cry and yell at yourself for not saving up money so you could buy all the amazingly elegant and simple stuff they sell. Chocolate

Again, I haven't really shown off my Christmas presents around here but here, but I felt like I wanted to show you another thing I got so here! These bad boys are so great. The colour is chocolate, the material is leather and the brand is TopShop. I really really like them and even though they need to be worn a little more to become a little less "perfect" I really really like them a lot. Just the name of the colour - chocolate - I mean how could you say no to that. x

My Christmas Look

I know, Iphone pictures, again, I'm sorry but this was my Christmas look! I accidentally ended up looking very 50's and I actually loved it, so I think I'm gonna try experimenting more with that look in the nearest future. Anyways, I wore this lovely dress from TopShop and a belt from Monki. This dress is very different from any other dress I own and at first I was a little on the fence about it, but when I put it on last night I felt like a million bucks, and my mom said I looked pretty, so I think that qualifies as a succes! x

My New (Old) Best Friend

A couple of years back I got this amazing clutch from Designers Remix, with a subscribtion I had to a danish magazine. Back then I really had no use for a clutch so I just put it in one of my "Things that might become useful one day"-boxes and then accidentally found it last week when I was looking for a pen. Normally I just throw all my shit in my bag and go, but since I found this I haven't been able to go anywhere without it. I put all my shit in this and then this little bag can go from one big bag to another depending on what big bag I wanna bring, it's amazing really. Oh, and it looks stylish as fuck as well x

Today seemed like a great day for black. I'm not sad or anything (well I was a little bit depressed when I found out one of my favourite shirts had shrunken into what looked like something my 8 year old cousin would have trouble fitting into, but besides that), I just wanted to wear something that wasnt jeans. I love my bodycon dress, I love how it's casual and fancy at the same time and how it hugs my body. Well this is what I wore today anyways x

I wear black skinny jeans more than I dare admit, and today I woke up and thought that today I would do something as daring as wear something else. The shirt, the jeans and the shoes actually all have that in common that I've photographed them for the blog before, and that they're part of my go-to wardrobe. The kind of clothes you put on when you don't have time to experiment with your look, but don't wanna look like shit. Even though the outfit itself is quite .. boyish I'd say, I actually feel really good in it, and somehow it makes me feel really confident. I like boyish clothes cause they make me feel like a badass while my big lion-ish hair makes me feel like a real girly-girl, so somehow, in my opinion, they balance out eachother nicely. A nice way to make a tuesday less painful to get through. x (sorry that the picture looks like this, it was much nicer before I uploaded it here)

Today: Coffee & Morning Hair

Today has been one of those days where class doesn't start until noon but I turn out to have a dentists apointment at 8:25 (I know, lucky me). So I woke up 10 minutes before we had to go to the dentist, threw on something and put my hair in a big messy bun on top of my head, and when I got home I was way too tired to look glam so today I went for something a little different. Black lace bra, white "boyfriend shirt", black tights with leather details, classic golden earrings and big messy morning hair. When I look like this, somehow I feel like it should be sunday morning, and I shouldn't be wearing pants. Just underwear, and this shirt, and walk out on my balcony to the view of Paris, of course with a mug of coffee in my hand and a the sound of the city playing as music in the background. But somehow that never seems to happen. SIGH! Well I like it when clothes make me feel a certain way, even though it might seem stupid when I try to explain it. I like putting on something and getting a certain feeling, and today my feeling was dominated by coffee and morning hair. x

Recycling Knitwear

So I've been very very busy the past week, and one of the things I've been doing has been sowing. I've sown about 4 pillows for my room so far, but these two I thought were a bit special because they're made from old clothes I couldn't fit. Since I buy a lot of stuff at fleemarkets and in thriftshops, some days I end up coming home with things that doesn't actually fit (usually it's a little big on me), or things I dont end up wearing a lot. These pillows were made from 2 knitted sweaters, some leftover fake leather from when I made a leather-look clutch, and a pink zipper I bought at a fabricstore. I really like the look of them and I thought recycling knitwear this way was a cute idea for changing up my room for winter when money isn't exactly something I have a ton of. This shirt is one I got for my birthday a while back. It's a little wrinkly, but I actually don't mind it. In my class we couldn't decide what to call the color but I think we landed on something like a curry yellow with a touch of burned orange. The color is at least very fall-ish and combined with my awesome chunky boots (that I actually bought at Kvickly about a year ago) I think they make a lovely effordlessly chique outfit. x

Yes, I do look like a mad bitch (again) today, but thats a good look for me so don't judge, I'm really a very happy person. So not too much new stuff, my lovely tshirt, the sunnies and my bag are all new tho, and since the menswear trend is very in right now (luckily for me), I love to rock a nice boyish look for school. And yes finally I did another outfit post, after so long of not doing any at all, so I hope you're as content with my outfit as I am x

Musthaves For Fall

For fall I think there are some different items that every girl needs in her wardrobe. This year oversize is a huge trend so a nice big coat, in a nice color is somthing that you'll be able to keep for a long time. Personally I'm a strong beliver in adding color to your wardrobe, and even though I buy a lot of black, I refuse to get a depressing closet, therefore I think that basic items like bags, shoes, watches and sunnies are good items to buy in basic colours like black and brown so you can wear them every day, where the midi dress, the clutch or the pull-over etc. are pieces you can spice up and buy in vibrant colours. Colourwise, this fall I love some redish, orange colours and some bright blue and for lipstick, dark berry colours are very in and will be a nice contrast to pale winter skin. Boyfriend Jeans

So when I was about 13 I went to the states with my family over summer, and I did A LOT of shopping, BUT american sizes are way different then european ones and well a lot of the clothes didnt fit me very well, like these jeans. Usually I like my jeans to be skin tight but these never was so I had them in a drawer under my bed until about 6 months ago. They still don't fit but now I just like the way they look, a little baggy without losing shape completely, a little "boyfriendjeans-ish". I usually think its hard to style these because they can look quite beachy with a shirt like this one, so I always try to add a harder element like the leather boots or a darker shirt or hoodie.

Inspiration For Guys

One of the things I've wanted to do for a while has been some sort of collage with the kind of guys fashion that I personally like. Well here are a mix of some of the stuff I personally really like on guys, leather, tattoos, suits and white tshirts. A mix between the cityboy casual look and the preppy suit with a twist, and well a mix of pretty goodlooking guys, enjoy!
