Life is Too Short for Bad Underwear...

..And I'm too broke to pay full prize. Since my body has changed a lot within the past years, underwear always seems to be what's missing in my closet. At some point the old Snoopy underwear stopped fitting and I guess I just never found replacements. These past few months I've actually started buying some nicer underwear, and somehow wearing it just makes me feel good about myself. This underwear I actually got at my local supermarket, it was on sale and it was like 5$ a piece. All girls should know that that is cheap as hell so I felt like I could afford to expand my underwear drawer a bit aaaand bring in some more exciting colours. x

Recycling Knitwear

So I've been very very busy the past week, and one of the things I've been doing has been sowing. I've sown about 4 pillows for my room so far, but these two I thought were a bit special because they're made from old clothes I couldn't fit. Since I buy a lot of stuff at fleemarkets and in thriftshops, some days I end up coming home with things that doesn't actually fit (usually it's a little big on me), or things I dont end up wearing a lot. These pillows were made from 2 knitted sweaters, some leftover fake leather from when I made a leather-look clutch, and a pink zipper I bought at a fabricstore. I really like the look of them and I thought recycling knitwear this way was a cute idea for changing up my room for winter when money isn't exactly something I have a ton of. Metallic Nails

Please excuse my poor fashionchoices in the pictures above, I like to be cozy and colorful at home, and if you don't then there's something wrong with you. The purpose with this post was actually to show off my funky metallic nails. This is my new Chanel polish (and yes, it is worth every penny) mixed with a cheap drugstore purple nailpolish. I love the cold metalic look for winter, it's a nice little detail that can spice up a simple outfit or contrast another pattern. I always do the triangles freehand but you can also use tape to mark the places where you want to keep the purple showing. x

Purple hair dont care

I'm not the best person with too much freetime and well.. No makeup today so not too many pictures of my face for today but hopefully you can still get an impression of my purple hair. Its not permanent! but its actually just a "hairmask" of blueberry juice i made because I got inspired by one of my favorite bloggers on tumblr, shes gorgeous and so creative and you can get lots of her tips and ideas here, if you get bored some day as well!

My latest obsession

Yea I know I know, its not news anymore but I cant help but fall completely in love with these girls hair, I wish I had the guts or the face to pull something like this off, but for now ill stik to hairchalk and other natural haircolours wholl easily wash out!
